David Hay shares insights from his decades of experience with industry standards, best practices and innovations. His first customer was IBM, and over his nearly 40-year consulting career, he has worked with many U.S. based global companies, focused on employee assistance programs (EAP), behavioral health and wellbeing. In recent years, David has also developed coordination of care initiatives between medical, disability, pharmacy, behavioral health and EAP vendors. David Hay is currently working with clients in the US, and every continent, and his active projects impact over 1.8 million lives. David is also a former Assistant Professor of Social Work at James Madison University.

Host Jim Narum, Co-host Chris Sullivan and David Hay discuss the importance of the connection between mind and body – physical health and mental health.
