Health Measures
Asset Health’s proprietary Health Assessment (HA) includes behavioral health integration and learning style/behavioral analysis. Coordinated biometric integration includes the results from on-site screenings, off-site labs or directly from the physician’s office with our digital health screening form. A user-friendly dashboard displays health measures and year-over-year health data.
Health Coaching
Our Health Coaches are full-time Asset Health employees who are dedicated to the success of our participants. Our highly experienced coaches specialize in motivational interviewing strategies to identify intrinsic motivators and empower behavior change. We allow participants to be the ultimate decision makers and take an active role in their health and wellbeing. Our coaching model supports the participant with a high-tech, high-touch experience, leveraging our comprehensive technology platform together with dedicated, empathetic health coaches who work with the same participants over multiple encounters.
Incentive & Reward Management
Participants can follow their incentive progress from the homepage to easily understand the rewards they have earned as a result of their wellness participation and/or health outcomes. Asset Health supports all types of program designs, and we can coordinate all data for incentive tracking and Reasonable Alternative Standard (RAS) administration.
Creative Communications
Our in-house creative team offers full communications support, including content creation and design of web banners, fliers, posters, custom logos and animated videos. Personalized ongoing wellness communication includes a dynamic SMS text and email reminder engine to keep your employees informed and engaged.
Active Presence Onsite Solutions
Asset Health can support your program with onsite wellness staffing solutions, and a wide range of onsite seminars and online webinars. We can also tailor wellbeing topics with creative communications for greater impact on otherwise hard to reach associates.
