Howard Kraft is the Staff Vice President of Total Health Clinical Strategy of Anthem. Howard also serves as Chairperson of Board of Directors for the Leadership Forum Community. He has more than 25 years of experience in health, disability and HR management strategic planning, implementation, reengineering and evaluation and has worked with and for employers of all sizes. Early on in Howard’s career when he worked for Champion International, they won the C. Everett Koop National Health Award in 1994 and 1996 and were rated as “Healthiest Company” by Fortune and “Healthiest for Women” by Working Mother. Howard continues to use the perspective he gained at Champion International every day. Howard later got into consulting and spent 16 years in the field, working with a variety of clients and industries. Howard is also a past regional President of the International Association for Worksite Health Promotion and a recipient of its Exceptional Leadership Award.  He has been a speaker at various international and regional conferences on integrated health and productivity management.
