The Creative Designer creates visually engaging, brand-consistent materials focused primarily on client-facing communications. This role focuses on producing final designs for digital and print media—including emails, flyers, web banners, postcards, videos and more—and occasionally contributes to mock-ups and concept development. Working closely with the Creative Director and creative team, the designer helps define and apply visual identity standards across platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and eager to learn new tools and design approaches. |
| Essential Duties & Responsibilities |
- Design visually compelling communications tailored to client needs, including flyers, HTML emails, banners, postcards and other digital and print assets
- Develop branding elements for wellness programs, including logos, visual identities and supporting graphics
- Design website graphics such as banners, tiles and icons for client web portals, collaborating with developers and UX/UI team to ensure proper implementation
- Produce mock-ups and concept visuals to support new feature and product updates and launches
- Source and incorporate stock photography to enhance visual storytelling and maintain brand consistency
- Create and edit video content for internal products and client communications, such as program overview videos, course educational videos, how-to videos and more
- Design engaging social media content, including infographics and other creative visuals for clients, as needed
- Prepare and format PowerPoint presentation templates that are visually aligned with brand guidelines
- Develop new templates for recurring communications such as challenge flyers and emails
- Apply a critical eye to review and refine visual materials, ensuring quality, clarity and consistency
- Stay current on design trends in typography, layout and composition, and apply insights to enhance creative output
- Adhere to company and client branding guidelines, ensuring all materials meet established standards

| Education and/or Work Experience Requirements |
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–4 years of professional experience in graphic design or communications design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools
Preferred:
- Experience in health and wellness
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) and basic animation
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience designing for web platforms.

- Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new software, tools, and design approaches

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
