Position Summary |
The Lifestyle Coach supports the clinical department by cultivating behavior and healthy lifestyle change for participants enrolled in Asset Health’s coaching programs through participant-centered coaching, motivational interviewing, and behavior change strategies. The Lifestyle Coach assesses the participant’s current needs and readiness to change to deliver appropriate education, support, and guidance to facilitate healthy lifestyle change to prevent or manage chronic conditions. Additionally, the Lifestyle Coach is responsible for assisting participants with SMART goal setting, encouraging progress, and overcoming barriers which may interfere with reaching established goals. |

Coach Efficacy Specialist
Position Summary: |
The Coach Efficacy Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the clinical team in providing the best coaching experience for client participants of Asset Health. As a seasoned coach, in this role, the individual will support, mentor, and lead coaches through one-on-one check-in support, professional development, and continuous improvement of coaching skills. The Coach Efficacy Specialist is managed by the Assistant Director of Coaching, with the role of facilitating and delivering foundational coach training, quality reviews, and support the clinical team with coaching individuals through the Asset Health coaching program. Foundational coach training supports new coaches to learn the Asset Health model, and on-going continuous improvement supports the increased quality of coaching throughout the year. This individual is passionate about supporting others towards coaching excellence and greater wellbeing of participants. |

The software engineering role is responsible for full life-cycle development of a proprietary, web-based platform that is used for the purpose of e-Learning activities relating to active health management.
